1. Services Provided

Apex Thermal Imaging Solutions offers thermal imaging inspections for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to:

Home energy efficiency scans
HVAC system inspections
Roof and insulation assessments
Commercial building surveys
Pre- and post-repair thermal verification

All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
A free initial consultation may be offered, but additional services are billed as quoted.
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the quoted service cost.

4. Deliverables

After the inspection, clients will receive:

A detailed thermal report with annotated images
Summary of findings and recommendations
Optional follow-up services (e.g., second scan after repairs)

Delivery time for reports is typically within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe, legal access to the property.
Any pets, personal belongings, or obstacles that could affect inspection results should be secured or disclosed in advance.
Accurate results depend on current building conditions; Apex is not responsible for issues not detectable by thermal imaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

While thermal imaging is a powerful diagnostic tool, it is non-invasive and limited to surface-level temperature variations. Apex Thermal Imaging Solutions is not liable for:

Hidden defects or damage not visible via thermal imaging
Misinterpretations caused by environmental factors or inaccessible areas
Decisions made solely based on our reports without proper follow-up or professional repair evaluations

7. Intellectual Property

All images, reports, and content created by Apex Thermal Imaging Solutions are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or altered without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Apex reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services indicates your agreement with the updated terms.
