Refund Policy
No Refunds After Service Completion
Once an inspection is conducted and/or a thermal report is generated, the service is considered rendered in full and non-refundable, regardless of the inspection outcome or client interpretation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
Satisfaction Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our work. If you believe an error occurred during your inspection or you have concerns about your report, please contact us within 7 days. We’re happy to clarify findings or discuss a potential follow-up.
